Environmental Monitoring Training helps food processors turn environmental monitoring into a stronger line of defense against invisible contamination. Through practical, hands-on instruction and breakout sessions focused on routine monitoring, verification studies, and responding to a positive, this training equips participants to strengthen day-to-day program execution, confirm program effectiveness, and respond to risk with greater speed and confidence. The result is a more proactive food safety approach that helps reduce pathogen risk before it reaches product.

Upon completing the 2½-day training, participants will receive a digital badge and certificate of completion.
