CFS Hosts Open House During IAFP 2026

During the 2026 International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) Annual Meeting, Commercial Food Sanitation (CFS) welcomed food safety professionals from around the world to the CFS Institute North America for an evening of networking, learning, and industry connection.
With IAFP taking place in New Orleans this year, CFS had a special opportunity to open its doors and welcome conference attendees into its North American training facility. 

The open house highlighted the capabilities of the CFS Institute North America, one of several CFS Institutes worldwide. Built around the same hands-on training philosophy, these facilities provide practical learning experiences that help participants apply food safety, sanitation, and hygienic design principles with confidence in their own operations. By combining classroom instruction with real-world application, CFS helps maximize learning retention and support meaningful improvements back at participants' facilities—all in support of its mission to make the world's food supply safer.
