Jason Klein - Director of Operations 


Joining in 2025, Jason Klein brings a proven track record of experience to his role as Director of Operations for Commercial Food Sanitation (CFS).

Jason has worked in the food industry since 1995, building extensive expertise in baking through his long tenure at Grupo Bimbo. Over the years, he has taken on a wide range of responsibilities across operations and supply chain, including sanitation, distribution, quality assurance, food safety, product design, auditing, process control, engineering design, project management, and operations leadership.
He concluded his time at Bimbo Bakeries as Plant Manager, a position he held for seven years, where he drove both quality excellence and strong financial growth.

Jason’s key strength is leveraging versatility and strong relationships to build collaborative solutions for efficiency, quality, and food safety. This strength has led to a rich history of supporting diverse improvement projects, having functionally reviewed over 100 food manufacturing facilities across multiple countries and organizations. Jason combines a deep understanding of operational expectations with a strong foundation in food safety standards to provide effective process solutions. His expertise is supported by Six Sigma certifications, GFSI and FDA training, and a business degree that enables him to connect process improvements with financial growth.

Jason believes leadership in food manufacturing requires more than expertise; it demands vision and the ability to build organizational culture that sustains solutions in sanitation, hygienic design, and food safety. In his experience, fostering a strong food safety culture also drives improvements in quality, efficiency, waste reduction, and labor utilization. Jason is excited to be a vision carrier, serving his CFS team and customer partners in establishing sustainable solutions within their processes.
