Practical skills for Wet Cleaning and Food Safety excellence
This CFS Sanitation Workshop offers a 1.5-day in-person, engaging, hands-on approach to learning.
Taught by, Edwin Roman Rivera, an industry-recognized subject matter expert from Commercial Food Sanitation, the workshop emphasizes sharing global best practices and putting theory into practice through interactive sessions and real-world applications.
Focusing on Wet Sanitation, participants will gain the skills to identify key components of effective sanitation and cleaning programs and understand how sanitation and hygiene contribute to long-term business success.
Participants will learn to achieve consistent, verifiable results by following sequential steps in the wet cleaning process, determining the most suitable methods based on product and process evaluations, and developing cleaning procedures. Additionally, they will learn to influence and motivate cross-functional teams to recognize and fulfill their essential roles in successful sanitation and food safety programs.
Successful completion will be recognized with a certificate of completion.
This CFS Sanitation Workshop is intentionally designed to strike a dynamic balance between classroom learning and practical application. Roughly half of the workshop is dedicated to immersive, hands-on breakout sessions where participants actively apply wet cleaning techniques in real-world scenarios.

The CFS Sanitation Workshop starts at 9am on Tuesday and finishes around 1:30pm on Wednesday.
The cost per attendee for the CFS Sanitation Workshop is INR ₹25,000.
Registration fee includes classroom and breakout setup, training material handouts, certificate of completion, lunch, and a group dinner.
The CFS Sanitation Workshop sessions are hands-on and highly effective. To guarantee each student has an optimal learning experience, participation is limited to first come, first served.
