A Letter to Our Customers
CFS is committed to focusing on the health, well-being, and safety our team members and customers. We will continue to be transparent as to our capabilities during this period. Along with putting in place COVID-19 travel protocols, we have also enacted protocols for customer workshops and assessments, we have chosen to do the following as of today August 13, 2020:
Along with emergency support, we will resume routine visits to complete assessments. CFS will evaluate risk with you for each visit to provide support as needed to help ensure a safe food supply and public health.
- New Orleans and Shanghai CFS global training sessions will resume in October 2020.
- Amsterdam training sessions will resume in 2021.
- If you were registered for a training session in New Orleans from March- September 2020, you should have received communication regarding the rescheduled date. If this date does not work with your schedule, we will be happy to reschedule to another corresponding training session with open seats.
