Yongsheng joined Commercial Food Sanitation with over 12 years of quality and food safety management experience in the food industry and as a consultant at PwC. He specializes in the development and improvement of food safety programs, as well as food supply chain risk management systems.
Yongsheng started his career in factory quality and food safety management. He led the development of food safety/quality programs for facilities, such as pest control programs, master sanitation schedules (MSS), environmental monitoring, and HACCP programs. After that, Yongsheng worked as Supplier Quality Leader Auditor at Nestlé China. He has a broad base of experience in baked products, food additives, fruit and vegetables, seafood, chocolate, and dairy processing.
Yongsheng has an extensive background in conducting facility assessments and coaching plants to improve food safety programs. Before joining CFS, Yongsheng worked as Senior Manager in PwC to provide food safety consulting services to food companies in China.
Yongsheng holds a Master's degree in Bioengineering. He speaks Mandarin and English.
