Xiaoyan (Fiona) brings 22 years of experience in various roles within the food industry to Commercial Food Sanitation. Prior to joining CFS, Fiona brings 22 years of experience in various roles within the food industry. She has spent time with Kraft Foods, Bama Food Processing, Nestlé, PepsiCo, and East Balt Bakery. These positions have ranged from Quality Supervisor to various Quality Manager positions. She also spent many years with food safety service providers, such as AIB China in multiple roles including Business Development Manager, Technical Director, and General Manager, as well as Director for PwC Food Supply and Integrity Services.
Fiona specializes in the bakery, beverage and dairy industry. Her expertise includes developing and maintaining prerequisite programs such as cleaning/sanitation, maintenance for food safety, integrated pest management, allergen management, HACCP, and factory assessment/in-depth inspection on shop floor level. She is passionate about working with the Chinese food industry to raise awareness and improve the overall food safety level through educational and consulting experiences.
