Taylor joins Commercial Food Sanitation as a Food Safety Specialist with six years of experience in the food industry. Prior to joining CFS, she has held FSQA roles in poultry, catering, and desserts segments. Taylor has experience in root cause investigations, food safety and quality program review, environmental monitoring, allergen contamination prevention efforts, coaching plant staff and HACCP assessments.
Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in Animal, Dairy, and Poultry Science with a concentration in Animal Science from Louisiana State University and is pursuing her master’s degree in food safety at the University of Arkansas. Furthermore, she holds certifications for HACCP, PCQI, and two FSPCA Intentional Adulteration courses
Taylor is driven by a love for problem solving. She’s passionate about helping food processors reach optimal and sustainable solutions when it comes to producing safe food.
