At Commercial Food Sanitation, Amy is a Food Safety Specialist specialized in the Bakery and Snack industry. She is committed to helping customers improve their food safety foundations, improve their hygiene and build a stronger food safety culture.
Before joining CFS, Amy has held various roles with Mars Wrigley for 15 years. Over her career, she supported their business both at plant process level as Manager of Quality System and Technical Service, as well as at the business unit level in her role as Senior Quality and Food Safety System Manager in China.
At Mars Wrigley, Amy participated and led different types of projects, such as new production line start-up, implementation of quality and food safety system (ISO, GMP requirements, HACCP, FSSC22000, etc.), and cleaning/sanitation validation and verification efforts.
In her previous roles, she realized that great product quality comes from great design, which includes great product design, but also thoughtful design of equipment, facilities, layout, and food safety programs. With her rich experience in quality assurance, food safety and auditing, Amy is committed to promoting, establishing and improving end-to-end quality and food safety management systems and cultures throughout the industry.
Amy holds a Master‘s degree from East China University of Science and Technology. She is a native Mandarin speaker and proficient in English.
