David joins Commercial Food Sanitation as a Food Safety Specialist with 10 years of experience managing quality systems in the food and personal care products industry. David started his career as Quality Engineer and later Quality Manager for the Ferrero Group in Italy and in Mexico. He moved to France in 2014 to explore the world of Household and Personal Care Product as Quality Manager for ICT Group.
Over the course of his career, David specialized in quality system development and related expertise including, risk management assessments, Certification processes (FSSC 22000, ISO9001, IFS) and personnel Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training, HACCP, and Quality Control.
David brings firsthand experience in implementation of new lines, starting with hygienic design supervision all the way through successful production startups.
David holds a Food Industry Engineer Degree from the Polytech Lille Graduate School of Engineering in the north of France. His multicultural background and fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, and English allow him to adapt to many local situations.
