David Le Meur - Food Safety Manager - Lead B&S

David Le Meur is a Food Safety Manager at Commercial Food Sanitation (CFS), leading the EMEA Team. He is also leading the Bakery and Snack segment across the region.

David brings over 10 years of experience managing quality systems in both the food and personal care industries. He began his career as a Quality Engineer and later Quality Manager with the Ferrero Group in Italy and Mexico. In 2014, he transitioned to ICT Group in France, serving as Quality Manager for Household and Personal Care Products.

Throughout his career, David has specialized in quality system development and implementation, with expertise in risk management, certification processes (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, IFS), GMP training, HACCP, and quality control. He has also supported new production line implementations, overseeing hygienic design and leading successful startups.

David holds a Food Industry Engineering degree from Polytech Lille Graduate School of Engineering in France. With a multicultural background, he is fluent in French, Spanish, Italian, and English, allowing him to adapt easily to diverse environments.
