Stephanie joins Commercial Food Sanitation with 15 years of quality assurance experience at General Mills, Elmer Chocolate, and HACCP Consulting Group. She brings a broad base of experience in consumer packaged food production, refrigerated dough products, cereal, and confectionery. With her background and qualifications as an Advanced SQF Practitioner and Certified SQF Consultant, Stephanie has helped many clients successfully prepare for SQF, AIB, and other customer or third-party audits.
Stephanie has extensive training experience and specializes in coaching her clients on the development and implementation of practical, robust, and effective food safety programs.
Stephanie attended Louisiana State University where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
