Patti joins Commercial Food Sanitation with over 39 years of manufacturing leadership experience with Kraft Foods (Kraft Heinz) in both plant and corporate roles. Patti began her career in plant microbiology where she developed Plant Zoning and Plant Pathogen Environmental Monitoring (PEM) Programs. Patti then transitioned to a variety of plant roles which include Laboratory Supervisor, Quality Supervisor, HACCP Coordinator, Low Acid Canned Foods Coordinator, and Compliance Manager before moving into a role as Corporate Quality Auditor. In that role, Patti ensured internal plants and external suppliers met Kraft’s quality requirements.
During her career, Patti has worked in multiple sectors of the food industry including dry and liquid beverages, cheese, meat, sauces, puddings, infant feeding, pasta, low acid canned foods, confectionery, chocolate, enhancers, oils, seeds, frozen foods, and warehousing.
Patti holds a degree in Microbiology along with certifications in HACCP and LACF, is a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), and has been trained in FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food.
