Lori joined Commercial Food Sanitation, with over 25 years in the food industry in the areas of food safety and quality. Her customer, restaurant, and processor experiences uniquely position her to effectively collaborate and partner with CFS’s customers and their supply chains in achieving product protection goals.
Lori began her career with Jack in the Box Restaurants, and spent over 17 years on the product safety and quality assurance team. She held various responsibilities, including supplier management, restaurant food safety and quality, and laboratory quality assurance across food and beverage categories. While interfacing with both suppliers and restaurants, Lori developed her passion for helping others prevent foodborne illness and injury at all stages of the food supply. Later in her career, her time with Gray Dog Partners broadened her expertise as she worked on-site with production facilities to solve food safety and quality challenges through enhanced policy, program, and procedure development.
Most recently, Lori spent eight years with Taylor Farms in produce and fresh, ready-to-eat foods. During this time, she collaborated with customers and internal partners to lead food safety and quality initiatives.
