Cigdem Caban (CC) has almost 20 years of experience in food manufacturing. Prior to joining CFS, CC took different leadership roles in regulatory compliance, sanitation, quality and Food Safety at global companies including Kraft Foods, PepsiCo, Nestle and Mondelez International.
She has extensive specialized experience with Cronobacter reduction and prevention in infant formula manufacturing, making headway by enabling collaboration between various cross functional groups like sanitation, maintenance, quality assurance and production.
CC is passionate about sanitation, hygienic design and pathogen mitigation/ remediation strategies. She holds a BS degree in Food Engineering and is fluent in English and Turkish.
