Pressure for increased production time requires efficient yet reliable sanitation processes. Commercial Food Sanitation, LLC’s Sanitation Efficiency Service helps customers ensure efficient and reliable sanitation processes to meet the demand for increased production time.
Assessment (on site)
CFS evaluates the efficiency of your sanitation programs via an on-site assessment. This comprehensive evaluation includes a review of your facility, tools, procedures and documentation (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP’s) and Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS); observations of your staffing and training procedures; and an analysis of the efficiency of your cleaning sequencings.
After a thorough assessment of your plant’s sanitation processes, CFS compiles and issues a set of recommendations for increasing efficiency. Topics for recommendation may include sequencing, Kaizen events, efficiency and time-reduction of changeovers, etc.
Training and Implementation
Based on the assessment and recommendations, CFS builds a customized training program or leads your staff in workshops for achieving increased sanitation efficiency that meet the needs of your facility.
In a cooperative approach, we work with your team to implement uncovered efficiency improvement opportunities. In doing so, we empower your staff to sustain efficiency gains and continue to improve process efficiency, also after we leave.
If desired, CFS will conduct periodic assessments at your facility to ensure the continuous improvement of sanitation efficiency gains.
Efficiency always needs to go hand in hand with solid programs to ensure effectiveness of your cleaning efforts. See our Sanitation Effectiveness & Efficiency Package to get the best of both.
