Commercial Food Sanitation LLC’s Sanitation Effectiveness & Efficiency Package helps customers develop and implement effective sanitation programs and controls that enable optimized food safety but also lead to enhanced efficiency, increased productivity, and minimized downtime.
This package combines the Sanitation Programs Service with the Sanitation Efficiency Service, to provide you with the best of both. CFS personnel go above and beyond, transcending their roles as consultants to work closely with your team on implementation, so that your facility realizes higher food safety standards.
Assessment (on site)
CFS evaluates your facilities and operations to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of your sanitation programs, infrastructure, and equipment. Areas of assessment include tools, procedures, documentation (including SSOP’s and MSS), infrastructure and staffing (including hourly staffing).
After conducting a thorough assessment, our consultants compile and issue a written report containing key recommendations for developing and maintaining effective and efficient sanitation programs. Topics addressed in the report include:
- Optimizing sanitation practices
- Ensuring effective sanitation
- Developing SSOP’s and MSS
- Implementing procedures for validating sanitation cleaning
- Reducing time spent on sanitation
Educate and Implement
If desired, based on assessment and recommendations, CFS builds an individualized training program customized to fit your facility and company needs.
CFS consultants work with your team to implement recommendations. Working together with our experts will empower your staff to reach higher levels of food safety and sanitation efficiency in a sustainable manner, allowing your facility to continue to benefit from improvements long after we have left.
